Act appropriately, and with appreciation. Respond rightfully, though respectfully. Go gracefully, but with gusto. It is not easy being completely immersed in the immediate moment, seamlessly becoming a full part of all that’s happening around you. To experience the moment for what it is, and not for what you want it to be, is a way forward to freedom. Each hour, minute, second–holds the capacity for One to experience life as an acute, integrated observer. In this state, One can recognize the importance of themselves just being there as part of a miraculous picture being painted by the One.
Upon sipping your mug, are you aware of the warm hug happening from the inside out? When a child asks you a question, did you once research or experience your own snap answer? When you ate your last meal, did you give thanks for each ingredient keeping you alive? When you woke up, did you take a moment to recognize your life as a complete phenomenon?
