To do so, speculate the most common state of stillness–sleep. The beautiful, blissful phase that most creatures need in order to simply function in their conscious state. Stillness in sleep is restorative, revitalizing and completely vital. One is removed from their waking world, and are held still in their subconscious gathering wisdom and inspiration that can only be found within dreams.
There is a universal understanding from the others, that when one is in their own inner world of still sleep, not to disturb the inherent rapture of rest.
What’s more, is to cultivate stillness in your waking life. To consciously give yourself restorative power. To meditate. In this active approach to stillness, we practice generous stillness.
